Hours before Narendra Modi's scheduled rally in Bahraich, the district administration gave conditional permission to BJP to hold the meet tomorrow.
The district administration, which had earlier not given permission for the rally citing security reasons, issued clearance with certain conditions after midnight last night following a meeting with BJP district president Gulab Chandra Shukla.
The BJP leaders have been asked to get the helipad prepared today itself and get it cleared by the security agencies, City Magistrate Hari Ram Singh said.

District Magistrate Kinjal Singh had earlier not issued permission for the rally saying the party organisers had not make preparations according to the security norms of the Gujarat Chief Minister.
Meanwhile, BJP alleged that the Uttar Pradesh Government is wary of the increasing popularity of Modi in Uttar Pradesh and is making all efforts to put a spanner in it.
"This was done for rallies in Kanpur and Jhansi. SP Government in the State is wary of the popularity of Modi," BJP's state chief spokesman Vijay Bahadur Pathak alleged.
