With BJP aggressively projecting its Chief Ministerial candidate Harsh Vardhan as an able administrator, Congress on Tuesday questioned his administrative capability and took a dig at him describing him an "RSS nominee" who will remain a "CM-in-waiting".
Rejecting Vardhan's crticism of the Congress government in Delhi, Revenue Minister Arvinder Singh, referring to the squabbling ion BJP in the run up to announcement of the Chief Ministerial candidate, said people of Delhi will never support a party "riddled with infighting".
Questioning BJP's contention that Vardhan had played a key role in eradicating polio in Delhi, Singh termed him as a "non-performer" who could not even set up a "single hospital" in Delhi when he was Health Minister from 1993 to 1998 in BJP government in the city.

"He could not set up a single hospital in Delhi as Health Minister. BJP has been talking about his contribution to polio eradication in Delhi. It was a centrally-sponsored scheme. How can he be given credit for it"? said Singh at a press conference along with his cabinet colleagues Harun Yusuf and Raj Kumar Chouhan.
Singh claimed the drop-out rate of students in schools had gone up when Vardhan was given responsibility of education department and he did not contribute anything significant as a minister in the BJP government.
