Amid parleys for forging electoral alliance among parties in Bihar, ultra left CPI-ML today said they were open for tie up with Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) for the crucial battle.

"CPI-ML had made positive comments on stupendous performance of fledgling party AAP in Delhi Assembly elections and later forming government there... If they decide to contest coming Lok Sabha elections with us we are ready for talks," state CPI-ML Secretary Kunal told PTI.

He, however, said no talks have taken place so far but we are favourably inclined towards AAP of Arvind Kejriwal.

Kunal said chance of Left parties including CPI, CPI(M) and CPI-ML forming a united front had ended with the first two showing inclination towards JD(U) of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.

"We do not agree with their approach of joining hands with JD(U) and have told them talks cannot move forward now," Kunal said.

The CPI-ML Secretary said that they were impressed with the AAP for raising many issues related to common man and had hailed their triumph in Delhi Assembly.

As part of their nationwide membership drive, AAP is registering members in Bihar too. Though there is no word on how many seats they would fight in the politically crucial state of Bihar.

CPI-ML, which has considerable support particularly in Central Bihar, has announced to contest 18 Lok Sabha seats out of a total of 40 in Bihar.
