The Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) will soon open one stop centres in 11 districts of the national capital to offer medical, legal and psychological aid to women who are victims of sexual harassment.
"Delhi's all districts will have one stop centres which will be operated by DCW and funded by the Central government. These centres will act as a single window system for medical, legal and psychological assistance to victims of rape, sexual harassment and dowry cases," a DCW statement said.
A decision in this regard was taken during a meeting of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Union Women and Child Development Minister Maneka Gandhi last month.
