On a cold January night four years ago, Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and his colleagues slept outside the Rail Bhawan, protesting the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government’s shoddy treatment of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) dispensation.
