Modi to address mega-youth rally in Gujarat on Feb 20

Over 100,000 youth, aged 18-35 years, from across the state are likely to attend the 'Vijay Shankhnad' rally

Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi will be addressing a massive youth rally here on February 20 in a bid to woo youngsters of the state.

Over 100,000 youth, aged 18-35 years, from across the state are likely to attend the 'Vijay Shankhnad' rally which is being organised by the Youth Wing of the Gujarat BJP. This will be Modi's first major rally targeting the youth in Gujarat.

The BJP's prime ministerial candidate is likely to release a video album containing 18 songs during the event which will be attended by BJP youth wing national president Anurag Thakur, party's Gujarat in-charge Om Mathur, state party president R C Faldu and state youth wing president Pradeepsinh Vaghela.

Artists are also likely to perform live on couple of songs from the alum.

The event will held at the Sardar Patel Stadium in Ahmedabad.

"Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi will be addressing the youth rally in Ahmedabad on February 20. As many as 100,000 youth from across the state are likely to attend the 'Vijay Shankhnad' rally," said state BJP's media cell convenor Harshad Patel.

The BJP's prime ministerial nominee is on a whirlwind tour of the country to garner support for his party during the Lok Sabha elections in April this year. According to BJP sources, Modi in the last couple of months, has address over 80 rallies in every corner of the country.
