The Congress commits itself to internal elections. But leaders are still asking who is really in charge

“The mood was conciliatory. There were no attacks on anyone,” said Congress Member of Parliament (MP) and West Bengal Congress unit chief Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury about the Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting held last week.
