BJP leader Uma Bharti today said Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav was threatening BJP MLAs to hide his own failure in controlling violence in Muzaffarnagar.
"Yesterday in the Assembly, we spoke about cooperation. But, we were threatened and silenced. BJP MLAs are not afraid of getting arrested. We went and participated the Assembly proceedings and later on also went to the party office," Bharti told reporters here.
The Akhilesh Yadav-government is trying to blame BJP to hide its failure and to shield some of its minister and leaders, Bharti alleged and said, BJP leaders did not distribute any CD and were open to investigation.
