We have done our work: Sheila Dikshit

Sheila Dikshit is fighting for her party as well as for a win in her own constituency

ANI New Delhi

Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit said her Congress party has done everything it could in the Delhi State Assembly elections, and now it all depended on the counting.

"Our work is done. There is nothing more to do. Now it all depends on the counting which is going to take place on December 8," she said.

Sheila Dikshit is fighting for her party as well as for a win in her own constituency, as she is facing stiff competition from (Aam Aadmi Party) AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) former state president Vijender Gupta.

She also said she did not believe in surveys.

"We do not believe in surveys but in hard work and achievements. You get new surveys on things by so many people saying ten different things," Dikshit said.

Polls for Delhi were held on December 4.

The Congress, BJP and the Aam Aadmi Party are the main parties in the race to form the next government in the state.
