Aditi launches “SharePoint 2010 Migration” offering for global enterprises leveraging Quest Migration Management tools.

Aditi Technologies, a leading provider of software product and application development services, today announced an agreement with Quest Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: QSFT), a leading enterprise systems management vendor, to migrate and upgrade customers to SharePoint 2010  and SharePoint Online. Aditi and Quest will work together to migrate organizations’ applications to Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 along with upgrading existing customers from SharePoint 2003/2007 to SharePoint 2010. Quest Notes migration products, coupled with Aditi’s SharePoint expertise will help customers successfully plan, design, migrate and implement SharePoint 2010 from Lotus Notes.

 

SharePoint is the fastest growing server product in Microsoft’s history with astounding growth of roughly 35% in the last twelve months and 60% penetration in Microsoft’s enterprise accounts. The migration offering from Aditi and Quest enables enterprises to plan upgrading to SharePoint 2010 by devising an upgrade strategy including reviewing farm & network structure, identifying customizations and scheduling. Aditi’s unmatched expertise on Microsoft technologies with Quest’s set of tools designed to migrate applications from Notes, will help manage and rebuild applications in the new environment.

  • Upgrade for SharePoint 2010 from SharePoint 2003/2007 helps organizations upgrade to SharePoint 2010 from earlier versions of 2003 and 2007. This suite of web parts assists in reconstructing Notes applications with a consistent look and feel as well as rich functionality, data integrity and security. 
  • Quest Notes Migrator for SharePoint 2010 provides direct migrations from Lotus Notes to Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010. It migrates all Notes data, including images, file attachments, OLE objects and rich text, ensuring all critical business data is preserved. New features include: analysis capabilities for helping organizations discover and classify their Notes applications, as well as components for managing large migration projects and provisioning large volumes of SharePoint sites. 
  • Quest Public Folder Migrator for SharePoint easily performs automated bulk or individual migrations of Exchange Public Folder content to SharePoint 2003 or 2007. Schedule migrations, synchronize content, map permissions and manage multiple migration jobs through a single, user friendly management console. Users can successfully manage migrations with the included tools to perform pre and post migration assessments.
