AIMA adopts the e-learning mode for the first time to reach out to aspiring management professionals across India
The All India Management Association - Center for Management Education (AIMA-CME) and Hughes Communications India Ltd. has launched the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme on the HughesNet Interactive Onsite Learning platform. This is the first time that AIMA has adopted the e- learning mode on Interactive Onsite Learning (IOL) platform to offer its flagship program - PGDM. The unique program offers graduates and aspiring management professionals an opportunity to attain a DEC-AICTE-UGC joint committee approved qualification in addition to other benefits including placement assistance associated with an apex body for the management profession in India.
The PGDM program will equip managers and professionals with diverse perspective, leadership styles and skills required to lead their organizations in all economic environments. The course leverages use of technology and is designed to be highly interactive by using a pedagogy which includes a judicious blend of lectures, case studies, assignments and sessions from senior managers from the industry.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management has a modular structure. There are four modules in this programme. The first, second and fourth modules are common to all programme participants. The third module is specialization module where one has the option to select one specialization from four vital areas: Marketing, Finance, Human Resource and Operation Management.
