Kolkata - February 05, 2008: Assam Company today announced that the company has placed the Amguri 10B and Amguri 11 wells on production.

Gross production from the Amguri field is now able to average approximately 870 bbl/d of condensate and 7 million cu. ft. per day of natural gas or 2,040 barrels of oil equivalent per day. These wells were placed on production on January 29, 2008 and the gross production is being restricted to 585 bbl/d and 4.7 million cubic feet of natural gas per day or 1,370 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
