Bartronics Q1FY11 consolidated revenue at Rs 173 cr

Bartronics India Limited, one of India’s largest bar code and RFID technology companies, today announced its first quarter results for fiscal 2011.

Consolidated financial highlights for the first quarter, FY 2011

  • Consolidated Revenues of Rs 173 cr
  • EBITDA margins stand at 30.7% for the quarter
  • Net Profit for the quarter stands at Rs. 22.5 cr
  • EPS for the quarter stood at Rs. 6.61
  • Revenue from India, Singapore, USA & Middle East at Rs.82 cr., Rs. 16 cr., Rs. 34 cr. & Rs. 48 cr. respectively.

Commenting on the results, Mr. Sudhir Rao, Managing Director said “We have had a stable first quarter for the current fiscal. Our Middle East operations have witnessed traction as has been demonstrated by the increased revenue contribution from that region.”
 
He also added, “Our commitments towards government-sanctioned projects, including those in the railway space, have not only helped us increase our profitability, but also given us considerable insight into working on larger-scale projects. We trust that these experiences will contribute to stronger growth in the future as well.”
