Promotes Gaurav Sarin to AVP- Business Development & Quality Assurance
Best Western India part of the Worlds Largest Hotel Chain® Best Western International has promoted Mr. Gaurav Sarin, to the post of Associate Vice President - Business Development & Quality Assurance..
Mr Sarin who has been with Best Western India as GM– Sales & Marketing for more than one year now will now handle all India Sales & Marketing in addition to Quality Assurance.
Speaking during the announcement Mr Sudhir Sinha, President and COO, Best Western India said “Gaurav Sarin in this short span of one year has proven to be an invaluable asset to Best Western India and from now onwards will be responsible for setup & operations of the domestic sales network of Best Western India starting with Regional Sales Offices in Delhi for North India, in Mumbai for West India and in Bangalore for South India”.
Gaurav Sarin will also spearhead the setup and operations of the India Toll Free Reservation Call Centre for Best Western India. This will not just complement the domestic sales network operations but also make them more efficient and productive.
Prior to his promotion Mr Sarin was responsible for Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Brand Assistance, Promotions, Member Web, Online Revenue Management, BW Solicitations, Corporate RFPs, Best Western Rewards, Best Cheque and other related matters at Best Western India as General Manager.

Gaurav Sarin has 11 years of rich experience in Sales & Marketing. Before joining Best Western, he was the Regional Sales Manager for Punjab and Himachal, with Sarovar Hotels & Resorts. He started his career in the hospitality industry as the Sales & Marketing Manager with Sayaji Hotel in Indore before moving to the Sarovar group. He has very good exposure in Hotel Pre-Openings as well as effective Revenue/Yield Management for multiple properties. His profile in Best Western India includes Sales, Marketing, India Toll-Free Reservation Call Centre, Quality Assurance, Advertising, Brand Assistance, Promotions Online Revenue Management, BW MemberWeb, BW Solicitations, Corporate RFPs, Best Western Rewards, Best Cheque, etc. Mr. Sarin received his Master of Management Science degree with Marketing specialization, from the International Institute of Professional Studies, Devi Ahilya University, Indore.
