With DHL University Express, students enjoy unique benefits while shipping university documents to anywhere in the world through DHL’s premium express service at a special flat rate of just Rs 990 for applications up to 500 gms.

Understanding the needs of the student community, the super saver University Express Prepaid Coupons have been introduced to further support them in managing their critical university documents around the world. The Coupons are available in two options of booklet values. A ten-coupon booklet is valued at Rs 8250, offering an additional saving of 17% and a five-coupon booklet is valued at Rs 4375, offering an additional saving of 12%. 

The Prepaid Coupons are valid / redeemable across the largest network of combined                          350 Blue Dart - DHL Retail outlets across the country.

Other value-added services with University Express:

  • ISIC: On sending 3 international shipments through University Express, a student can avail of the prestigious International Student Identity Card (ISIC). This ensures great value savings on international travel, hostel accommodation and recreation. The student can also avail of discounts on Kingfisher Airlines for domestic travel.
  • HDFC Bank Education Loans: Students can avail of speedier loan processing facility and get exclusive savings and benefits on processing fees, telegraphic transfer charges and special NRE account with Free International Debit Card.
  • Free home pickup for normal University Express documents.
  • Multiple shipment tracking options. A student can track the shipments anytime, anywhere through email, web or through customer service helplines.
  • On booking 8 international shipments through University Express, a student can avail of a Mitashi Headphone and ISIC card.

In the domestic space, Blue Dart and DHL also offer a 50% flat discount on regular charges for student applications to universities and colleges.

The Prepaid University Express initiative is part of the 25 new initiatives that Blue Dart is committed to for the next one-year period. The new initiatives by Blue Dart will upgrade its product range and improve service quality, thereby offering customers state-of-the-art air and ground express solutions across the country.
