The new Blue Lotus assessment process tests the subjective understanding & knowledge of candidates rather than a functional assessment alone. This online assessment testing methodology is based on a set of dynamically generated random questions which help test the General Awareness, Knowledge of Communications and Writing Skills of the candidates making assessment more efficient. These tests will be applicable for all PR personnel handling client and media servicing positions.
Conceptualized, developed and implemented internally, the newly introduced Online Assessment Center will help to maintain consistency in recruitment and test the candidate’s cognitive understanding. During the process during which a candidate may consult any source (including the internet), the candidate’s innate understanding and impressions of subjects are queried and this forms the basis of further interviewing.
Internally, this tool is also useful for appraising & assessing PR professionals of Blue Lotus across the board.
