BS TransComm Ltd, an end to end Turnkey Services and Technology Solutions provider to Power T&D and Telecom Sector, announced its audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2011.
Revenue from operation for FY 11 stood at Rs 872 Cr as against Rs 521 Cr for FY 10 showing an increase of 67%
The Profit after Tax (PAT) for FY 11 is up by 112 % to Rs 51 Cr as against Rs 24 Cr for FY 10.
Diluted EPS stands at Rs 29.06 for FY 11 as compared to Rs 16.95 for FY 10
The EBITDA for the year stood at Rs.124 crores
The current order book position of BS TransComm is Rs. 510 crore with the company having bid for contracts in excess of Rs 2000 Crores
The board has proposed a final dividend of 10% on the paid up capital of the company for the financial year 2010-2011 subject to approval of the same by shareholder in the ensuing annual general meeting
