Targeted at the on-the-go young adults, Wai Wai Quick Masala Curry and Chicken Pizza have been affordably priced at Rs.10/- for 75 gm with three seasoning, a unique feature of Wai Wai range of Noodles.
Wai Wai, a name synonymous with noodles, enjoys top of the mind recall amongst consumers since its inception in 1984, and has made the two new flavours of Wai Wai Quick available in selected premium outlets across major cities.
According to Mr. Sah, CEO, CG Foods, “CG Foods has evolved to become one of India leading manufacturers of noodles and snacks under the brand name Wai Wai. The Wai Wai brand has diversified its range of instant noodles & extended its range of flavours through its Wai Wai Quick brand. Innovation always plays a major role and hence we have launched two new flavours- Chicken Pizza and Masala Curry. We are also planning to launch newer flavours such as Kimchi, Chicken Schezwan and Vegetable Manchurian targeted at youngsters & teenagers across India. These new flavours have been developed for Wai Wai keeping in mind the popularity of Chinese food, which come with low cholesterol sunflower oil.”
To market Wai Wai Quick, CG Foods has drawn up a marketing communication campaign that includes sampling sessions, outdoor and print advertising.
