Comguard Networks, a part of Spectrum Group of Companies, Dubai, and a leading value added distributor (VAD) of networking and security products across Middle East, Africa and India, announced that it would double the number of its channel partners in India by the end of year 2013.
Currently the company has 150 channel partners in India and the number will touch 300 in next one year time and the company will also focus on Tier-II and Tier-III cities to broad base its presence.
This decision has come as a result of phenomenal growth of the Indian security market and individual growth of Comguard Networks in India during last fiscal year.
Comguard Networks will identify new channel partners with good understanding, and deeper penetration in the IT security market and enable them to handle sales and support of various brands that ComGuard carries.
Announcing about the channel expansion plan, George Jason, Vice President, Comguard Networks said, “In the last 3-6 months, we have added 20 resources pan India, and their presence has also grown phenomenally. Channel partners have started recognizing Comguard Networks much more than before and a lot of people have expressed interest in working with us.”
