The innovative solution encompassed Sametime integration with the company’s Open Source chat server, CSS Botnie for unified access to the enterprise resources using Sametime client for desktop and mobile, an audio and video conference for internal office meetings and communications, as well as Sametime integration with intranet portals and integration with Lotus Quickr.
