Datamatics appoints Rahul Kanodia as CEO

New Delhi, Monday 26, 2007: Datamatics Technologies Limited (DTL) (NSE: "DATAMATICS", BSE: 532528), India's leading non-voice BPO service provider has appointed Mr. Rahul Kanodia as Vice Chairman & CEO w.e.f. February 22, 2007. Rahul is currently the Managing Director of Datamatics Ltd a position which he will continue holding. The DTL Board has expressed its full confidence in MR. Rahul Kanodia.

Mr. Rahul Kanodia is a winner of several awards including the Indo-American Society's (IAS) Young Achiever 2001 award, the Special Executive Magistrates' Society (1999), and the Omega Roh Honors Society award (1991) "� is an MBA from the Columbia University, USA. After a brief stint at the UN offices in the US, Mr. Rahul Kanodia has been working with Datamatics since 1987. His lateral approach led Datamatics to enter into strategic alliances with several leading companies including a joint venture in the telecom space.

Further, Mr. Anand Mahurkar Sr. Vice President "� Sales has been elevated as President, Datamatics Technologies Inc . USA besides his current responsibilities. He will also be a director on the board of Datamatics Technologies Inc. Mr. Anand Mahurkar is B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.
