SES launches a breakthrough in the active partner interaction to reiterate its commitment towards total partner satisfaction. Three different mediums of approaching the distributor are now offered to the channel pan India.

In a mailer sent to all its customers, SES invited its Partners to use this new service extensively.  The Partner has the choice to send an email, use the call centre number or send the snail mail at the address given with the single objective to complain about the various processes and systems of SES and offer feedback to improve the quality of the services.

The same is also supported with an anonymous feedback button on the website where anybody can put in his complain or feedback with or without revealing their identity.

 

SES has a dedicated feedback team internally who acts on the data and ensure proper channeling of the feedback to the department heads and ensures the same is used constructively to improve the systems and process to have a better platform to service the partners.

The feedback received is reviewed by the management team regularly and the solutions are infused in the structure immediately in line with the policy of continuous improvement in each department.

The initial responses have been extremely encouraging and the feedback is enlightening. SES will ensure to make this feedback support system as an integral part of the regular improvement process.
