Era Infra Engineering Ltd. (EIEL), an integrated infrastructure development Company with a pan India presence through its Construction & Contracts Division has bagged a contract for the construction of Industrial Worker Housing at Narela Industrial Complex by Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (DSIIDC) of Rs 42.35 crore.
The scope of work includes construction of 1892 Dwelling Units of Type-I, Type-III & Single Room Dormitories at Narela Industrial Complex with cost effective technologies (Composite work). The project is scheduled to be completed in 20 months from the date of start of construction work.
Commenting on the contract, Mr. T.D.Arora, Head, Construction & Contracts Division, Era Infra Engineering Limited, said, “This is our yet another project for DSIIDC. The assignment acquired from DSIIDC re-emphasizes our credibility with them. It is also a matter of pride for us to cater to the nation’s demand for quality homes at economical prices without comprising upon our laid quality standards”.
