He is Executive Chairman & President of Konsortium Logistik Berhad (a leading, integrated logistics service provider with operations in ASEAN and India) and of Crescent Capital Sdn Bhd, (a Malaysian investment holding and independent strategic and financial advisory firm which advises and collaborates with major ASEAN, Chinese and Middle Eastern companies in energy, mining and infrastructure sectors ventures in south east Asia).
He holds directorships in several listed companies in Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and the United States including San Miguel Corporation, the largest listed company in the Philippines involved in food & beverage and infrastructure, Petron Corporation, the largest downstream oil & gas company in the Philippines, Emerson Radio Corporation, a retail-focused electrical & electronics product company in the United States and Lafe Corporation, a leading property developer in Singapore.
Mirzan is also President of the Asian Strategy and Leadership Institute (ASLI), Chairman of the National Children’s Welfare Foundation and the Malaysian Youth Orchestra Foundation, both based in Malaysia, a member of the UN/ESCAP Business Advisory Council & of the Wharton Business School Asian Executive Board.
