Feedback Ventures awarded mandate by MAX Healthcare

Feedback Ventures, an infrastructure services company, announced today that the company has won a mandate for construction management services from MAX Healthcare for upcoming super specialty hospital in Bhatinda, Punjab. The hospital, to be built, will be in a public private partnership with the Punjab government. The hospital would have 200 beds for cancer and heart patients. The hospital worth approx. Rs 140 crore would be completed within 16 months and is expected to open by August 2011. 

The super specialty hospital would be built over an area of 2 lakh square feet and would consist of a basement and four floors. The state government has allocated 4.80 acres of land in the Civil District Hospital complex in Bathinda. Max Healthcare would pay 5 per cent of its annual income to the Punjab government.

Feedback Ventures has been working as consultants for various infrastructural projects such as bus terminals, bidding process for road projects etc with Punjab Infrastructure Development Board (PIDB).
