Axis Receives 2011 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Aerospace and Defence Award for Airport Video Surveillance Systems Provider of the Year

Axis Communications, the global leader in the network video market, has won the 2011 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Aerospace and Defence Award for Airport Video Surveillance Systems Provider of the Year.

The 2011 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Aerospace and Defence Award for Airport Video Surveillance Systems Provider of the Year recognises outstanding performances in the Airlines, Airports, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO), Aviation Training, Defence, General Aviation and Homeland Security segments of the Aerospace and Defence industry. The awards, held for the fourth consecutive year, are presented to companies which have been identified as outstanding industry achievers in both regional and global markets that bring unique best practices to the forefront.

Carcassonne Airport in France, Kingsford-Smith Airport in Sydney, Korea’s Gimpo International Airport and Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport are some of the Axis customers in this space.
