Genpact files SEC statement for IPO

New York, NY (May 11, 2007) "� Genpact Limited, which manages business processes for companies around the world, today announced it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common shares. Genpact will apply to have its common shares listed on the NYSE under the symbol "G".
 
 
The joint bookrunning managers are Morgan Stanley, Citi and JPMorgan.
 
 
A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold, nor may offers to buy be accepted, prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
