Global Innov (www.globali.in), India’s largest staffing company has launched QCert - a Skill Gradation Certification. It is one of the very few HR Outsourcing companies in India to have this certification.
QCert is an initiative by Global Innov to assist job seekers in vocational fields who do not have a formal education or certification in vocational training. This service will be launched across 22 locations where Global InnovSource has a physical presence and also in places from where it gets large numbers of job-seekers as walk-ins on a daily basis. Global Innov is launching QCert though other training and education channels as well, the first of which is Nasscom Foundation.

QCert is an essential asset for all job seekers because the certification makes them more employable with skill sets. After an online test conducted at the prescribed centre, a candidate gets a certificate which grades his/her performance on three critical employability parameters: Problem solving skills, English language skills and psychometric analysis. The certificate helps recruiters pre-screen candidates thus making their own recruitment process highly efficient and cost-effective.
