Global Offshore Services Limited (Formerly known as Garware Offshore Services Limited) one of the leading offshore vessels services providers announced a final dividend of 5% for FY 11. With this, the total dividend declared for FY 11 is 24%. The dividend was declared in the Annual General Meeting held today in Mumbai.
The company has also announced re-election of Directors, viz., SS Aggarwal and JC Chopra in the AGM. For the quarter ended June 30, 2011, on stand-alone basis, the Total Charter Earnings were Rs 33.94 crore and Net Profit was Rs 5.55 crore.

The Company’s performance has been satisfactory and we are committed to growth in the future. Since majority of the Company’s assets will be on long term contract, this will be reflected in the consequent quarters.”
