GlobalLogic, the global leader in software product development, has appointed Milind Jadhav as its Chief People Officer. Jadhav will work directly with GlobalLogic's CEO, Peter Harrison, to advance the company's leadership in outsourced product development.
Jadhav is a global senior executive experienced in leading Human Resources Operations in the US, India, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Jadhav worked with blue chip companies in the IT Services, Aviation and Manufacturing industry segments such as Patni Computer Systems, Zensar Technologies, Mascot Systems (now iGATE), Emirates Airlines, Kalyani Group and Suzlon Energy.
