Announcement Corporate

InterfaceFLOR used its appearance at last month’s BAU 2011 in Munich to demonstrate its leadership in brand communication.

Visible from afar, a spectacular whirlwind rose up from the exhibition stand of the world-leading manufacturer of carpet tiles to make it one of the most attention-grabbing stands in the building sector.

As a central visual theme, a whirlwind was used to represent the brand’s high standards of performance: on the one hand, the whirlwind symbolises InterfaceFLOR’s extraordinary powers of innovation and design – on the other, it acts as a reminder of the need to be environmentally responsible and avoid the consequences of climate change caused by production methods which are harmful to the environment.

InterfaceFLOR used this concept to demonstrate its design leadership and, with the new Ambiance Collection, presented an avant-garde carpet tile collection. This Collection is one of the most sustainable and environmentally friendly the company has launched on the market to date and is therefore a further step towards meeting “Mission Zero”, InterfaceFLOR’s commitment to eliminate any harmful impact the company may have on the environment by 2020.

The exhibition stand, which amazed architects, designers and flooring contractors, is a demonstration of InterfaceFLOR’s high standards and sends a clear signal to the building sector.
