InterfaceFLOR India Pvt Ltd, the 100% subsidiary of InterfaceFLOR, a worldwide leader in the manufacture of modular commercial flooring and widely recognised as an environmental pioneer, announced the opening of a new combined office and showroom in Delhi. Located at the Okhla Industrial Estate, within easy access from the IT Infrastructure areas, this new office and showroom will cater to the growing demand for the company’s innovative, stylishly designed and sustainable carpet tiles.

InterfaceFLOR has been operating from Delhi for several years and it has been a high growth market for the company. With the markets further opening up and an increasing number of MNCs and Indian Corporates expanding their offices and operations, it was an important move for InterfaceFLOR to set up an exclusive showroom in the city. The new showroom features the full array of InterfaceFLOR carpet tiles and will be used to showcase all new products as they are launched. The new location provides a convenient setting for architects, designers and end users to explore InterfaceFLOR’s products and designs, enabling them to be viewed on a large scale.

Announcing the opening of the showroom and office in Delhi, Lindsey Parnell, CEO & President, InterfaceFLOR in Europe, Middle East, Africa & India, said “The Delhi showroom is our 5th in India after Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai & Hyderabad, set up in quick succession, which establishes beyond doubt the high level of acceptance of our products and our commitment to grow our operations in India. Catering to different segments such as commercial offices, retail, education, hospitality, health-care, the new showroom will showcase the InterfaceFLOR brand - design, sustainability and innovation. It will also be a platform for highlighting the design leadership of InterfaceFLOR in terms of creativity, innovation and diversity”.

Raj Menon, Country Manager India at InterfaceFLOR said, “InterfaceFLOR started business in India in 2001 and set up its fully owned subsidiary at Bangalore in 2007. In the last ten years, it has sold more than 4 million square metres of carpet tiles to over 400 major customers”.

Spread over 1200 sq. ft. in an independent building, the new combined office and showroom has an open layout for optimal space utilization and the use of uniform colour schemes ensures that the central focus of the showroom are the fabulous designs.

The office is open plan and is tied in with InterfaceFLOR’s philosophy of a flat and open culture. It has been designed to create a seamless flow of activity from the InterfaceFLOR team to the Architects & Designers and beyond.
