Jindal SAW bags orders worth over Rs 1000 cr

Domestic orders bagged from GAIL, HPCL etc. & export orders from mid-east market.

Jindal SAW Ltd., largest manufacturer of SAW pipes in the country, announces the receipt of Orders/ Letter of Award (the, LOA) aggregating to more than Rs 1000 crores (approx. USD 210 million) for supply of Large Diameter Pipes and Ductile Iron Pipes in domestic and export markets.

While domestic supply orders are from GAIL and, HPCL etc., the export orders are primarily from middle-eastern market. With these orders, the total order book of Jindal SAW Ltd. stands at app. US$ 750 million (approx. Rs. 3600 Crores). These orders are scheduled to be executed by March, 2010.
