Amongst some of the significant changes announced there has been an addition to the existing leadership team of Russell Parera, Chief Executive Officer and Richard Rekhy, Chief Operating Officer with a senior partner of the firm, Pradip Kanakia being appointed as the new Head of Markets in India.
