LG Electronics India reconfirmed its commitment in providing the best of the technology to its valued customers by launching the In Plane Switching technology in its all future LCD models. With the introduction of IPS technology, television viewing will become a much enjoyable experience as it offers like never before sharpness, color resolution and clarity in fast moving images. Apart from this, IPS helps immensely in watching action intensive sports and for playing PS3 games.
The technology has found admiration from renowned institutions and technical experts alike. The latest one being Dr. Manish Sharma, an eminent professor from IIT Delhi. Dr. Sharma says “IPS LCD’s have won unanimous favour of professionals because of dynamic definition and is the most precise technology for color reducibility as the pure black layer is much clearer giving you a perfect color resolution. IPS has features realizing wide viewing angle and rapid response time which enables clear display of vivid, realistic images in action intensive sports, and high speed gaming. Hence, this makes IPS the most suited technology for home usage as well as for the professional sector.
Keeping in view the advantages that this new technology has to offer, LG Electronics India plans to introduce the IPS Technology to its entire prospective LCD above 22” line up and plans to launch 35 models of LCDs by this year end in the country acknowledging the consumers quest for quality viewing experience.
