Registers record quarterly and half year Revenue and Profit
Net4 India, a leading Network and Application Services Provider reported stellar results for Q2 and H1 ended September 30, 2010.
The company’s Q2 net profit was up by 93% at Rs .5.8 Crores versus Rs 3 Crores , YoY. Its total revenues were up by 67% at Rs.77 Crores versus Rs 46 Crores, YoY.
A marked increase was also reported in the sequential quarter numbers. Total revenues rose from Rs.49 Crores (Q1) to Rs.77.3 Crores (Q2), up by 58% and Net profits jumped from Rs. 3 Crores for Q1 to Rs. 5.8 Crores for Q2, a rise of 93%.
A substantial upswing of 50 % in H1 revenues was reported from Rs. 84.5 Crores to Rs. 126.4 Crores for the same period, last fiscal. The Net profits for H1 rose by 76% to Rs.8.8Crores, as against Rs. 5 Crores during the same period, a year ago.
The earnings per share (EPS) for the period under consideration jumped 53% to Rs. 4.6 compared with Rs.3.0 in previous year period.
Announcing the results, Jasjit Sawhney, Chairman and Managing Director, Net4 India Ltd. commented, “Our record numbers are a direct result of a consistent and robust sales pipeline, high quality services and controlled costs. Brand building activities undertaken over the past 2 quarters are clearly adding momentum to customer acquisition.
The trend from the last 3-4 quarters clearly indicates that we are on the right track. What’s even more heartening is that results from our investments in infrastructure, additional services and service variants are at a very nascent stage and likely to gather significant steam over the coming 12 to 18 months.”
