Parsvnath Bags the Construction Contract of Station Box from DMRC

Parsvnath Developers Limited (PDL), India’s leading Real Estate Company with pan India presence having diversified portfolio has bagged yet another prestigious contract from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC).

The project valued at approximately Rs 29.5 crores involves construction of station box at the Dhaula Kuan metro station that connects Connaught Place to the International Airport. This is one of the prestigious construction contracts of station building from DMRC to Parsvnath Developers Ltd. after successful award and execution of prestigious Azadpur and Akshardham Metro Stations which were allotted on BOT basis. The project is scheduled to be completed within a period of just 15 months.

 

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Pradeep Jain, Chairman, Parsvnath Developers Ltd. said, “Parsvnath is proud to strengthen its association with DMRC through the construction of station box at Dhaula Kuan. The project reinforces the confidence of DMRC in our execution capabilities. We already are developing 13 metro stations at strategic locations and are confident to be a part of forth coming DMRC routes as well.”

Strategically located at Dhaula Kuan, this metro station will be an important station of Metro Express Link from Connaught Place to International Airport.
