Mumbai, India "� 3 August 2006: Raman Roy led Quatrro announced the joining of S.Vaman, former Managing Director & Global Head of Fraud Risk Management (Consumer Products), Citigroup, Hari Baskaran, former Global Risk Director for Credit Cards, Citigroup and Himanish Chaudhuri, former National Credit Acceptance head for Mortgages, Standard Chartered Bank and former Retail Banking Business Development Manager, Asia Pacific, at Citigroup. Vaman, Hari and Himanish join Quatrro to launch Quatrro's Risk Management Services which will offer end to end Risk Management services to multiple industries.

The launch is in line with Quatrro's "string of pearls" strategy which involves attracting and supporting management teams with entrepreneurial aspirations from their existing work environments and building high-end third party businesses in underserved and uncontested market spaces.

Quatrro's Risk Management Services will provide high end value added Analytics, Risk Management and Operating services to players in the Payments, Retail, Insurance and other linked industries. The business will offer predictive and pioneering analytical services to propel business growth and profitability for new and existing customers. The offerings will include risk consulting, solutions, early warning operating centers and advisory area with complete coverage across all risk management functions.

S. Vaman, CEO of Quatrro Analytics and Management Services is a seasoned and globally acknowledged Risk Management professional with over 25 years of global and emerging markets experience spanning credit cards, retail banking and other payment products in Citigroup and American Express. He has been credited with leading one of the most successful fraud risk management strategies in the consumer payment industry in his last assignment with Citigroup. He has been a part of the various Global and International Risk Management Forums and played an active role in the Payment industry Associations (Visa & MasterCard).

Hari Baskaran President Quatrro Analytics and Management Services is a well respected Risk Management professional with over 17 years of Risk Management experience and has managed risk for all the credit card businesses owned and managed by Citigroup across the world. His prior responsibilities as Regional Senior Risk Officer for Citigroup Asia included managing risk for all consumer and commercial products across multiple countries. Hari has led and participated in many global M&A projects for Citigroup. Himanish Chaudhuri, Vice President Quatrro Analytics and Management Services will be leading the Risk Solutions vertical. Himanish has over 10 years experience with significant international and cross functional exposure in the banking industry including credit cards, treasury, and wealth management. Himanish has worked with Citigroup and Standard Chartered and in his last assignment he was the National Credit Acceptance head for Mortgages, Standard Chartered Bank
