Currently, RCOM GSM/RTL subscribers can avail GPRS services through mobile using different APN (Access Point Name) like RCOM Wap (via RWorld) and connect phone to PC/laptop /modem to browse internet using RCOM Net (via NetConnect charges applicable). Customer experience in each of these scenario(s) is different and process is cumbersome.
