Vision Express, the optical specialty store, opens India's first outlet in Bangalore

The recently formed 50-50 Joint Venture between Reliance Retail and Pearle Europe, announced the launch of its optical specialty format under the brand Vision Express, at Sampige Road, Malleshwaram today.

The first of its kind in India, Vision Express, will provide shoppers a never before experienced shopping delight. The core “We see it your way” reflects the brand’s mission to optimize customer experience and satisfaction. The store offers a wide variety of fashionable and trendy optical products at unmatched affordability to its customers. Vision Express aims to be the number one optical retail chain in India.

 

The Vision Express product portfolio comprises of exclusive frames following the latest international fashion trends. It offers the most comfortable single and progressive lenses wherein, all plastic lenses are provided with the best hard coating at no extra cost. Further, it offers spectacle frames price range starting from Rs 299 and sunglasses with inherent UV Protection at prices ranging from Rs. 399. Contact lenses are also very competitively priced.

Quick service is one of the key differentiators at the store. This express service, wherein, for standard lenses, the glasses can be made on site, is possible thanks to the in-store lab where expert technicians work in front of the customers offering a quick service. Services like cleaning of glasses and repairs are free for all customers.

L V Prasad Eye Institute, a world-class eye hospital, research and training institute and a World Health Organization (WHO) collaborating centre based out of Hyderabad, imparts eye care knowledge to its customer service representatives.
