Shree Cement despatches up by 10.75% in March 2010

Registers a 20.66% YoY growth in 2009 -10

Shree Cement Limited, the largest cement manufacturer of North India and among top five cement manufacturers in the country, despatched 9.27 Lac Metric Tonnes of Cement in March 2010 and registered 10.75 % growth over the corresponding month in 2008-09 when it despatched 8.37 Lac Metric Tonnes of Cement.

The total cumulative despatch for the last fiscal (April 2009 - March 2010) was 93.61 Lac Metric Tonnes which is 20.66% higher than despatch figures during the corresponding period previous year which was 77.58 Lac Metric Tonnes.
