Simplex Infrastructures Q4 sales 9% higher at Rs 1,365 crore

Simplex Infrastructures Ltd one of India’s leading infrastructure solutions providers, has announced its standalone Audited Results for the 4th quarter ended March 2011.

During Q4 it has achieved sales of Rs 1,365 crore against Rs 1,251 crore in the same quarter last year registering a growth of 9%. The EBITDA rose by 11% to Rs 146 crore (Rs 132 crore), EBIT by 12% to Rs 105 crore (Rs. 93 crore). However, due to higher interest cost and tax provisions the PAT is lower at Rs 37 crore (Rs 46 crore)

During the whole of FY 11, the sales grew by 7% to Rs 4,756 crore. as compared to Rs 4,448 crore. The EBITDA also incroreeased 7% to Rs 487 crore (Rs 456 crore), EBIT by 8% to Rs 326crore from Rs 302 crore. Higher interest cost subdued the PBT growth to Rs 196 crore from Rs 191 crore while PAT remained flat at Rs 123 crore.

 

The Order Book at year end surged by 28% to Rs 14,707 crore from Rs 11,491 crore last year, on robust order intake of Rs 8,382 crore including Rs 2,164 crore in Q4.The Order Book comprises of 87% domestic and 13% overseas.
