Subhash Projects And Marketing Ltd (SPML) one of India’s leading infrastructure companies, having focus in water management, environment and power, signed a concession agreement for its prestigious road project to develop a two lane road from Jaipur to Bhilwara via. Malpura, Kekri & Shahpura (SH-12). The agreement was signed on 12th July, 2010 between Bhilwara Jaipur Toll Road Private Limited (Special Purpose Vehicle jointly promoted by SPML Infra Limited with 51% share & Om Metals Infraprojects Ltd. having 49% share) & Rajasthan PWD in the presence of Hon"ble PWD minister, Shri Pramod Jain "Bhaya", Principal Secretary- Dr. Dinesh Goyal and other dignitaries.
The company bagged this prestigious order of Rs. 301 crore (approx.) from Government of Rajasthan in March 2010. The scope of the work includes design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) basis through PPP Model for a pre-agreed Concession Period. The concession period will be for 22 years including the construction period of 18 months from the appointed date.
