Subhash Projects And Marketing Ltd (SPML) one of India’s leading infrastructure companies, having focus in water management, environment and power, has won cumulative orders worth Rs 476 crore. This includes an order worth Rs 440 crore from Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board; and from Delhi Jal Board worth Rs 36 crore for execution of transmission mains. The order wins reiterate SPML’s growing strength and expertise in the water and environmental engineering segment.
A joint venture between SPML and Kirloskar Brothers Limited will execute the Bangalore Water Supply project. SPML's share in the project is Rs.224.18 crore. The project from BWSSB involves civil and electromechanical works for pumping stations and reservoirs at T K Halli, Harohalli and Tataguni and operation and maintenance of the facilities for the period of 7 years.
Further, SPML has won a project from Delhi Jal Board for Execution of Transmission Main for the Jal Vihar and Kailash Mains. The project entails Replacement of existing mains from Rajiv Gandhi Smriti Van to Jal Vihar & Kailash Reservoirs respectively in South Delhi. The work is anticipated to be completed in 12 months.
