Supertech Limited performed the bhoomi poojan of Holiday Village of Upcountry project today. The ceremony marked the commencement of construction of the villas located at Yamuna Expressway. These villas will be built on the man made beach being constructed in the project. It will give the inhabitants a cool, relaxed and comfortable living on the beautiful beachside.
The bhoomi poojan was performed by Mr. RK Arora, Chairman & Managing Director, Mrs. Sangeeta Arora, Joint Managing Director, Mr. Mohit Arora, Director and other officials of the company in the presence of around 1500 customers.
At this auspicious ceremony, Mr. RK Arora announced the launch of the company’s new project based on Golf course theme which will come up at Yamuna Expressway. This is a 100 acre township named Golf Country, which will comprise of individual plots, villas and high rise buildings. The key features of the project will be 9-hole golf course, shopping mall, club house, hospital and school etc. The company plans to invest Rs 2500 Crores on this grandeur project. He also announced the launch of Studio apartments at Upcountry.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr RK Arora said, “We have always believed in offering something different to our customers so with the construction of beachside houses at Holiday Village we will mark another milestone. We have already sold 70% of the Holiday Village in such a short span of time and we are committed to deliver a living on the shore in just 8 months from now”.
“In our new project also, we have tried to provide a healthy and relaxed living in the surroundings of a golf course. This project has a tremendous scope on Yamuna Expressway as this area has wide open roads, well defined construction areas and pre-planned infrastructure giving a worth to this location. Yamuna Expressway will be a tourist attraction in the future as it will boast of F1 track & an international airport”, added Mr. Arora.

After the traditional ceremony and new project announcements, the customers enjoyed the thrilling performances of Bollywood actress Celina Jaitley and singer-composer-music director Salim, Suleman.
