Supreme Infra bags Road BOT order from NHAI

Supreme Infrastructure India Limited (B.S.E Code: no: 532904), one of the most versatile Infrastructure companies in India has bagged an order by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

The order is for the work of Panvel-Indapur Section of NH-17 from 0 km to 84 kms for its four laning in the State of Maharashtra under NHDP Phase III on BOT basis (Designing, Engineering, Finance, Construction, Operation & Maintenance).

The above project was awarded in the SPV of Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd incorporated with the name ‘Supreme Panvel Indapur Tollways Private Limited’. Today the SPV Company has successfully signed the concession agreement with NHAI. The Concession Period of the project is 21 Years including construction period of 910 days.

 

The cost of the above project is approximately Rs. 1150 cr. The EPC cost of the project is approximately Rs. 830 cr. The execution of the project shall be done by Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd, the parent company, along with consortium partner of 10%, in the project in equal proportion.

Commenting on the order Mr. Vikas B. Sharma, Director, Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd said “We are extremely happy to bag this prestigious order. The order is our first from NHAI, and it imposes the faith our stakeholders have in us.”

The Company has been awarded as 2nd Fastest Growing Infrastructure Company in small Cap Segment (up to 600 Cr. Turnover over) from Construction World, in the 8th Construction World Awards 2010.
