TCS unveils a new team made for fin services

New Delhi, August 6, 2007: TCS Financial Solutions, a strategic business unit of Tata Consultancy Services, a leading IT services, business solutions and outsourcing firm, unveiled a new executive team made up of product specialists from the financial services domain.
 
TCS Financial Solutions has appointed Robert U. Mullen as Head of Global Sales and Dennis Roman as Chief Marketing Officer. Reporting to the President of TCS Financial Solutions, Mr. N. G. Subramaniam, Mr. Mullen will be responsible for driving global sales for the TCS BaNCS suite of products and Mr. Roman will drive the branding and positioning of TCS BaNCS' products through a global marketing and communications strategy.
 
The new appointments complete a product-centric team for TCS Financial Solutions. Earlier this year, TCS Financial Solutions had appointed Krishnan Ramanujam as Chief Operating Officer, Glenn Stafford as Head of Product Management and Frederick Szto as Chief Financial Officer.
 
Commenting on his new team, Mr. N. G. Subramaniam said: "The members of this leadership team have both outstanding experience and extraordinary track records in building and running highly successful organizations that focus on customer success and consistent delivery of best-in-class, client-focused solutions. Prior to joining TCS Financial Solutions, Robert U. Mullen was President of Worldwide Field Operations at Chordiant Software Inc. As a member of Chordiant's Board Strategy Committee, he was responsible for sales, pre-sales, marketing and delivery activities world-wide. He has also held a number of executive positions during his eight years with IBM in the Financial Services Sector.
 
Immediately before joining TCS Financial Solutions, Dennis Roman led the marketing and communications efforts for i-flex solutions for a period of five years. Dennis has also worked as Hewlett Packard's Worldwide Director of Banking and Financial Markets and helped define and execute the firm's worldwide solutions and go-to-market strategies for banks and capital markets.
