Unity Infraprojects Ltd., (BSE: 532746), the engineering, procurement and construction conglomerate, has announced four new orders aggregating Rs. 412 cr . Of these four, 3 are based in India at New Delhi, Bangalore and Shillong while one is a Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) assignment at Kathmandu, Nepal.
The first order has value of Rs. 299.24 cr which has been secured from Director General of Married Accommodation Project, Delhi for construction of Dwelling Units including allied services for officers, WO’s, Airmen at Delhi (AF), Gurgaon (AF), Hindon (AF) to be completed in 27 months.
The second order is valued at Rs.45.52 cr from North Eastern Indira Gandhi, Regional Institute of Health & Medical Sciences, Shillong, Meghalaya for construction of North Eastern Institute of Ayurveda & Homeopathy.
Third order valued at Rs.39.34 cr from Karnataka Power Corporation Limited (KPCL) for construction of New Office Complex at Banglore. These orders are scheduled for completion within 18 months.
The fourth order valued at Rs. 28.22 cr has been awarded by Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi for Interior works at Embassy of India complex, Kathmandu, Nepal.
Order from MEA, Delhi is company’s third overseas project. Earlier, they have successfully completed 200 bedded Emergency & Trauma Centre for Bir Hospital at Kathmandu, Nepal and currently executing Rs. 99.98 cr contract from Ministry of External Affairs for construction of Indian High Commission Complex at Baridhara Diplomatic Enclave, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
