Usha Martin Group enters Realty Sector

8th February, 2008: Kolkata based multi-crore business conglomerate, Usha Martin Group is now foraying into the realty and infrastructure business. The Group has floated a new company, Usha Breco Realty Pvt. Ltd., headquartered at Mumbai for this initiative.

Usha Breco Realty will focus on joint ventures for property development under a profit or revenue sharing arrangement. It has put together a strong team headed by Mr. Uday Dharmadhikari, CEO, a well-known professional with over 25 years of experience in diverse real estate projects.

Usha Breco Realty is currently implementing projects worth around Rs.250 crores. These include a multi-tenanted IT building in Kolkata for around Rs.75 crores and a Rs.175 crore integrated residential cum commercial project at Ranchi.
