WNS (Holdings) Limited (WNS) (NYSE: WNS), a leading provider of global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, announced its collaboration with Knowledge Relay LLC, a leading provider of Operational Business Intelligence products and services, to offer Data-to-Decision (D2D) services to its global clients in the Energy and Utilities segment, through user-driven, self-service operational business intelligence solutions.
The agreement connects the best of business process optimization services from WNS with the unique Operational Business Intelligence (OBI) expertise from Knowledge Relay LLC. WNS and Knowledge Relay will jointly create market-leading OBI solutions designed to help clients efficiently evaluate and analyze the health and safety of operations and assets using industry-standard best practices. This includes gaining visibility not only to the past and present conditions, but also to what is likely to happen in the future (“predictive” OBI). As each company focuses on its core competencies, the alliance will aim at enhancing the customer experience by teaming business intelligence with process optimization through tools such as Information Visualizer® and lean Six Sigma, including write-back into transactional systems, richer interactive visualizations and new user interfaces.
